• We offer transfer facilities from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai – including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Marina, and nearby areas.
• If you are staying outside central Dubai, private transfers can be arranged with a small additional charge.
• Wear modest clothes that cover your shoulders and knees. The itinerary includes a visit to the Grand Mosque.
• Traffic can be unpredictable. So expect a 30 to 60-minute delay in your scheduled pickup time.
• Personal expenses are not covered in the package.
• If you are travelling during Ramadan – please respect local customs by not smoking, eating, or drinking in public areas.
• Not showing up for the activity will be considered a no-show.
• Because we will pick up multiple guests, traffic might cause a slight 15 to 20-minute delay in your pickup time.

Cancellation Policy

• No refunds are available for cancellations requested within 24 hours.

• Children between three and ten years must book child tickets.
• Others over ten years old must book standard tickets.
