• Please bring a valid form of identification such as a Passport, Emirates ID, or Driver’s license with you.
• Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Timeliness is key as the experience is subject to strict time constraints.
• For safety reasons, please refrain from bringing sharp objects, lighters, luggage bags, alcohol, knives, etc.
• Any damages or breakages to property will result in a charge for the actual cost of the item.
• Shared transfers are provided from select hotels and residences in Dubai city, such as Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed.
• The pick-up/drop-off timing for shared transfers may be adjusted by up to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Please note that during the month of Ramadan and on dry days, live entertainment and alcohol will not be served in accordance with government guidelines.
• Pick-up from locations outside of Dubai city (Deira, Bur Dubai, SheikhZayed) can be arranged at an additional cost, upon request.
