The Documents Needed

• Original passport with a validity of at least 6 months
• UAE residency permit valid for at least 90 days
• Two passports sized (3.5*4.5cm) photographs with a background in white
• An invitation letter from the Republic of Uganda
• A letter from the sponsor or the employer
• Business travelers shall have to furnish a certificate of incorporation
• Personal bank statement covering the last three months with a bank stamp
• It takes 2-3 days for the pre-approval before the stamping
