The Inclusions

Points to Note

• You are advised to reach the venue at least 30 minutes before the show starts
• Shared transfers are arranged only from hotels/residences located centrally in Dubai in and around Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and the Dubai Marina
• The transfer timings may be changed depending on your location and the traffic conditions
• All visitors are required to make a payment of AED 5 for entering Creek Park with an NOL card. This card can be purchased at Creek Park Gate 1 at a payment of AED 25 with AED 19 as credit by those who have no NOL card
• Free seating is offered on regular seats on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays at 11:00 am and 6:00 pm. You are advised to arrive early so you get a good seat
• For activities that involve getting into the water, participants must be at least 8 years of age and capable swimmers
• Open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Wednesdays through Mondays). Closed on Tuesdays

The Cancellation Policy

• There shall be no charges for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip
• There shall be a 100% charge if the cancellations are made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip
• If you’re found eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days
